hi all, greatly appreciate any info, been upgrading my 2006 swb shogun and was wondering if anyone has upgraded the old electric wing mirrors on a mk3 to the later mk4 with the integrated winkers!!, can this be done!! has anyone done it!! if so what mk4 electric wing mirrors do i need and do i need wireing loom for them to work and which model wing mirrors would fit my mark3!!, thanks in advance for any help!!,

I guess its possible i don't know about switching the mk3 to mk4 wing mirrors though as none of the wiring is in place for a mk3, so probabaly you will have to run 2 wires from the side repeater (on the wing) through the fire wall into the cab then fed through the door gromit up to the mirror housing and onto the mirror. Seems like a lot of work but i guess it would be possible!

excellent idea!! never thought of wireing them from the side repeaters!! i will buy pair from a mk4 of the bay and see if they fit, thanks,
