Its a German company who do not manufacture their own oils and what they claim is SP III is actually a rebranded oil and not an OE specification oil.

Rebranded oils were originally manufactured for Korean cars which is fine for small and medium cars, but our testing showed that many rebranded oils broke down rather quickly when tested under heavy loads and deteriorated to the point of damaging transmissions.
