You might find some sellers on Ebay selling updates on MMCS SD Cards for a lot less, but they might not be genuine, so ask them some questions (date of maps, refund policy if it fails to work, etc.) and don't be surprised if it's a scam !

As far as I am aware, there is no-one supplying new maps for Mk3 (up to 2006 models) on disc.
The last disc update was 2017.
