|
|
Hi all,
Currently have Hankook Ventus tyres on my 2008 MK4 Shogun. As I live quite rural with steep hills, poor roads, first to be hit my snow on high ground, I fear these are going to be useless in the snow.
Not so many MK4 alloys on fleabay with or without AT or snow tyres.
There are more MK3 wheels around.
So, my question is... Not bothered about how they look, so will the MK3 wheels go straight on my MK4? If so, opens up more options for used sets. |

Hi BRIXO
I've just swapped my mk3 for a mk4, saved the 18" alloys from the mk3, they do fit the mk4, both swb.
There looks to be loads of clearance around the caliper so might fit mk4 LWB
Wheels are for sale on ebay if interested, set of 5, 4 with Kuhmo Crugen tyres, 6mm of tread, 5th one spare with bridgestone dueler.
pm me otherwise |

Afternoon - I have found these on your ebay listing and will be keeping an eye... then just to find some reasonable AT or snow tyres. |
