Hi All
I have a shogun 3.2 03  auto  owned for 5 years now
I now have the orange diff light flashing and the ATC lights on , diff light has come on in the past but always sorted its self out within a short time
Replaced the 5 Transfer Box switches and the vacuum solenoids on the front o/s inner wing
Checked the front axle actuator which is free and moving by hand and returns to  4x4 position
I have vacuum to the top of the vacuum solenoid pack but no vacuum to the blue and yellow marked vacuum tubes to the front axle actuator nor is any voltage to the vacuum solenoid pack !!!
Not checked transfer box position actuator/motor yet (how do you)???
Checked all fuses all seem to be OK is there a fuse for the 4x4 system ??
Do not know where to go next
Any help/pointers would be appreciated
Regards

Hi All
Just a update
Sorted the problem in the end. Problem was the new switches purchased from Ebay £35.00 for all 5, where 1.5/2.0 mm shorter than the ones   removed , which just happened to be the thickness of the washers fitted under the old switches. Refitted new switches WITHOUT washers and hay presto all now OK
I think there is a moral in the story here somewhere !!!
Regards
