2009 3 2 auto

I'm trying to get to the bottom of why my motors diff light is flashing Amber.plus the ASC light is on along with the SSCF light

Transfer switches changed
Vacuum selenoids changed

The actuator at the front doesn't move when the different 4x4 settings are selected.......Next to the actuator is a sensor which I presume is the engage switch........I have unplugged the wire to the sensor and with one of those power test screwdrivers with the light in tested for power to the sensor but there doesn't appear to be and

Any ideas thank you
