Overall width is 1145mm, length  is 240mm at the centre, 200 at the ends to match the door profile.  The flaps are a further 290mm with Velcro strips to attach to the seats.

It is a sculptured shelf and would be difficult to reproduce successfully.

Hi when I got my vehicle, 2008 swb, it also came without a parcel shelf and found it difficult to find one, in the end I got a hold of a

Mk3 parcel shelf And adapted it, basically the mk4 has a Velcro strip that attaches to the back of the rear seats,

The mk3 has 4 clips that push together to attach it, so I cut the clips off and bought a strip of Velcro from Halfords

Bought some strong glue and fitted it with no probs since.

Hope this helps
