1994 pajero 2.8

I was having issues with cold starts, took a while to start and lots of smoke. I changed the glow plugs, cleaned the connections and buzz bar yesterday. Put it all back together and it started with the first flick of the key.

Tried to start it today, waited for the second click of the relay but engine just keeps turning but now there's no smoke at all. It just keeps turning.

Checked fuses in engine bay they are all fine, including fuse on battery.

Any ideas?

Check voltage on the bus bar to see if its able to supply the glow plugs.

Check relay and also  check engine coolant sensors

Last resort could be ecu damage
