Doors wont stay open

Just working round all the minor niggles on my vehicle so wanted to know if there is an easy fix. All 4 doors on my shogun will not stay open. There is no "Friction" on the metal strips that run from inside the door to the frame (hope this makes sense). Its not the end of the world I know, its just annoying, especially if there is any breeze at all as you either have to hold the door open with your foot or get in quick.
I could maybe understand if it was just the drivers door as it gets all the use but its all 4 !!!!!
Is there any sort of adjustment if I take the card off?

OK Just googled it and hopefully just need to remove them and I can hopefully strip them out and "pack" or turn rubber bits round.
