Hi I'm new to this I have a 2005 shogun sport 2.5 I've changed oil seals and whilst doing that the timing belts, but now when I drive it runs louder then normal but at 2000 rev say 50mph I get a lot more engine noise with vibration, it's not your normal constant one tone, being hard to describe. A fast, slow loud, quiet, up and down noise, the more acceleration over 2000 the louder and faster the sound is. Like someone is accelerating then release.. could anyone point me in the right direction..

Many thanks

Welcome! How's the noise now? Make sure you got the correct belt. Try to put back the old one if it will produce the same noise.
