Good day.
I am lost please can someone help
My Pajero 2006 went and stood on me I thought it had run out of diesel because the gauge doesn't work but after putting more diesel it still didn't start.
We put starter fluid in the manifold it started but then won't run once it runs out. The pump is injecting diesel through the injectors. The mechanic says the pump could be faulty as it's not firing the diesel through at the correct time, could this be the case as the pump was refurbished about 2 years ago.
Could it still be a mechanical issue or electrical?
Any suggestions please thank you
