Wife reported following came up when out driving.

ASC Off
Dynamic Control Light
Brake System Light
ABS Light

I had her go through the following routine as it all seemed linked to the ASC,

"They all seem linked to either:

The RD button has been pressed, or

The ASC off button has been pressed, or

The selector lever for 2 wheel/4 wheel drive has been moved out of position from 2H to one of the LLc positions (more likely a defective switch).

Start by checking, with engine on  - gear selector still in 'P' - whether RD and/or ASC OFF buttons have been accidentally pressed.

If that doesn't work then try this.

Engine running, selector in 'N', move the other lever for selecting 2 wheel to 4 wheel drive as follows. Don't have handbrake on, don't touch the other lever for gear selector, which is in 'N' position.

2H move to 4H, and allow to sit for a minute. You have to push down on it to get it to move.

4H to next one, which I think is 4L. Allow to sit for a minute.

4L to 4LLc. Allow to sit for a minute.

Then start working back the other way, allowing it to sit in each for a minute, until you are back at 2H.

In 2H, drive forward about 5 to 10 feet (or as much as you can if space is tight).

Reverse back to where you were.

Repeat the drive forward.

Reverse back to where you were.

Put in 'P' and see if it is ok.

If not, a sensor has probably gone, and it will need to go back to garage. Ideally garage should have a 'Code Reader', to read if any fault codes are in system."

She did all that, and after pressing the ASC button in and out. that's when she completely lost the brakes.

Anyone come across this before, and does the forum have any thoughts on the problem - ABS module perhaps?

Thanks.
