Hi all,

I have a 57 reg Shogun (V80 Mk IV I think) LWB. 3.2 DiD. Got the water in fuel filter light come on a couple of days ago, changed fuel filter and it went off for a while but back on now.

Checked fuel lines under RHS rear wheel arch and heavily corroded, vapor hose completely rusted through and chassis mount full of rust too.

Looking for a replacement but struggling to find the correct one. Mine has the main fuel filler line, the breather line (connects back to fuel filler) and what I assume is a vapour release line. The vapour release line looks to have a filter on the end of it.

Seen loads with 2 vapour lines but mine only has 1. Any idea on part #s or where to source?

Thank you!

That one, yes. Sadly they don’t deliver to the UK.

Have gone with a 4 pipe version and will hope it fits!

Strange that it is no longer available, it is known to have a high failure rate.

DO you perhaps know where I could get a part number from? The manual I have (from this parish's links) just gives the names of the parts.

Just to come back to this, the 4 pipe and 3 pipe variants all fit perfectly and seem to be interchangeable. I had a 3 pipe version and used a 4 pipe version, fits all ok. Bolt holes all in the same place.

It'd be good if you could point us to where you bought the replacement from, cost, etc, because others may well be needing the same thing doing at some point!

This one for the fuel filler neck: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254663806574

This one for the neck pipe: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/165076808053

Whilst you're down there you may as well replace the gasket around the nozzle and the bolts which I replaced with stainless steel ones.

This page shows the actual parts and official part #s, but it also gives you some measurements of the parts you will need. (e.g. MS605158 HOSE, EMISSION SOLENOID VALVE 6x2000 : this is 2000mm of a 6mm pipe, MB400550 BOLT, FUEL LINE Washer assembled,6x16 : these are M6 16mm bolts).

Hope that helps someone in the future!
