Most people make them. Try the 4X4 aftermarket dealers as many still list them.

In case it helps here's the Mitsubishi part numbers from the Accessories brochure:

Rear bumper corner protection:
MZ312811 - double tube, SWB
MZ312819 - double tube, LWB
MZ312812 - single tube, SWB
MZ312820 - single tube, LWB
MZ312821 - Rear bumper lamp protector
MZ312822 - Rear bumper lamp protector, optional for rear
bumper corner protector, double tube
