Hello all. I recently purchased a 95 Pajero from Virginia and drove it down to Florida. Its been an exceptional car so far, but have stumbled into my first real issue.

I occasionally take her into some sand and engage 4H and 4HLC, to stretch her legs and keep the 4x4 system oiled up etc.

I did so the other day, but something went wrong. In 4HLC the center diff icon started flashing and went off, so i came to a stop and tried to select 4H. Fail. The selector appears to be completely stuck. I could not move it at all, to any other position. It appears to be stuck in the physical 4HLC position, but the dash icons show only the 4 green wheel icons illuminated.

I have played around with the 4x4 solenoid on the drivers side, disconnected the yellow (for the front) to try and see if anything would change. Nothing changes, 4 wheel icons remain and the selector is still stuck fast.

I have searched and spoken to the dealer I bought it from, but this issue seems fairly unique. If anyone has any insight or knows this issue, any tips would be greatly appreciated.
