Not worth it-manual box has a recurrent issue even with a SMF-namely jumping out of 1st gear. You would need auto box and transfer box (manual transfer box would not fit an auto), shifter stick, clocks,ECM,wiring loom etc. Sell your manual and buy an auto would be a much cheaper option.

Hi all,
I have a pajero mk3 3.2 lt, originali it was an automatic and now i decided to make it manual, gear box fitted all ready with the manual harmes and manual ecu

But i have some problems maybe some one have done this and had the same issues.

Main problem, car is not starting from the key, but we have to start it from the starter.

2nd 4x4 is not switching on
3rd spedo cluster not working

Sounds like quite the project, but it might be easier and cheaper just to buy a manual if that's what you're after these conversions can be a bit of a headache.

That sounds like an alarm/immobiliser issue.
