Heyup lads and ladettes,

A few of you have pm'd me to ask how to fit the NKS Super Power Flow unit, and I apologise for taking so long to sort this out. I took these photographs only yesterday. It is basically what I did, if you find another way, please feel free to do so.

Please click on this link to my photobox... http://www.photobox.co.uk/album/1360106
click on the pictures for the description.

Good luck and best regards

Hi,
Does changing the filter to the HKS make any noticeable difference? I am booking mine into TDI in a few weeks time and wondered if I should buy the filter and fit it in before going to TDI.
Does anyone know of a good garage in Hampshire who is experienced with the Pajevo as I have mentioned in other posts I am giving it a going over to satisfy myself that it is up together and have changed oil and filters etc mine has had the belt and plugs changed but to be 100% sure I would like an honest examination of the condition of these items to confirm these facts.
Best regards,
David Wiltshire

David,

Fittinf the HKS kit makes quite a bit of difference and sounds great too!! Laughing No problem fitting it before hand but to get the best out of it, the piggy pack ECU is the next step. Laughing

Is this the unit made for the FTO, but fits the PajEvo?

Or is the "super power flow unit" just a big-arsed filter that fits anything?

Cheers

oh - and what is the diameter of the bore? My tuner chap who's doing my servicing has ordered the FTO one - hope it's the same thing!

... this is what I ended up doing:

We kept the lower half of the airbox on to avoid splash damage and to route cold air directly.
