Thanks to Mark and Phil for organising a great weekend and everyone else that made us feel at home. It was nice meeting all of you and finally being able to put faces to some of the names.
In Stoney's defense he did get stuck and need a tow (twice ) but he's got a perfectly good excuse, he was running with a lot less ground clearance than everybody else causing him to ground out fortunately it returned to normal when I got out back at camp
I will try and upload the videos I took on my phone (if they're worth it that is)
I tried to take some photos with Stoney's fancy camera too but I know they won't come out very well it was way too technical for me and with all the buttons I was trying to avoid pressing on it I clean forgot to take the lens cap off I'll stick to the disposable point and click jobbies in future, a bad photo is better than no photo. |

Fanbloodytastic weekend people, thank you all for turning up and making the event the success that it was, despite the weather.
Credit to everybody, you all pitched in, and as a result the the whole thing moved along so smoothly, even though none of it was pre planned, and for this reason i consider it a successful chill out
thanks to Daisy for the badges, they were excellent, and were a very big help
Wanna do it again?????? |

Ive got a question, why didnt I come down on Friday?
Thanks to Apache and Tiger for the event, John and Julie for the use of the cable, Gaz, Mand and Julie for helping erect the tent..... and everybody else who I met and had a REALLY good time with. especially NTN, Jimmy, Tutor52 and his yam-yam bride, Daddy Day Care, Onan, Sherman, Gaz and Mand, John and Julie, well just about everybody who sat with us in the gazebo!
Shame about the rain today tho, me and the bride were wet through all the way home after takin the tent down, and I forgot that Wolves were playing so we got stuck in Wolvo for about 45 minutes, she wasnt happy!
One thing tho, what was the obsession with a bugle? |

Big up to Phil, Apache, for all this, well done, and we all make every meet something special, no matter who we are.
Nice to meet many that are new faces, nice to see old faces, and some old rears as well.
We did manage to put the fun back into funmeister, but I bet he bought some headache pills this morning.
Tutor, great to see you again, and Daniel, and to a very nice lady, Carol, who really is nice.
To every one else, great, we had a fantastic two week ends, south wales with the rough members, then up to the elite.
Lynn packed the van, and the clothes, but we seemed to come home with more clothes than we went with , cheers Baz.
Right, now to recover from it all.
Again, Phil, well done, all sorted, smooth event. |
