|
|
Yesterday whilst driving home from work, i was stopped at the lights when the paj was hit from behind throwing me around quite violently. I pulled over to the side of the road and got out fearing the worst, especially as i saw the front of the car that hit me before i saw the back of the paj. The car was all mangled in the front and the bonnet was anything but flat, but when i looked at the paj there was nothing more than a couple of very small scratches ( they were very hard to see ) on the bumper. I drove away feeling very relieved and leaving behind a guy feeling rather sorry for himself
Cheers

See! And people wonder why we drive Pajeros! If you'd been in a compact car, you'd probably be... well, compact, I s'pose!
Glad you're OK, Malcolm... but, like John says, I'd still get your truck checked at a garage. |

towbars do even more damage (shoves the radiator where it REALLY doesn't belong), and the only damage to your car is a split towball cover! Fantastic! |

Good point, actually the paj is due for its 6 monthly "warrant of Fitness" inspection ( i think you call it a MOT ) in a couple of days and i have the contact details of the other driver, so fingers crossed , no further dramas
Cheers

i drove into the side of a motor a few years ago at a t junction , £1500 worth of damage to their car and mine was left with a few scratches on my a bar and a couple of bent spotlights . he was left with a courtesy car for 3 weeks and mine was fixed after about 10 minutes |
