I get mail telling me I have a private message yet when I log on it says I have no new messages.

Read thread by another member who had experienced the same but no one could shed any light on why it happens.

Any ideas troops!

I think (but would need to test this out) that if the sender deletes their copy before you open it, it will vanish.

The whole PM system is database driven, and there only seems to be a single copy floating around.

This may explain it... If anyone wants to test the theory, please do Wink
