3.5 GDI, help needed

My motor 3.5 GDI 1998 seams to be missing a beat on tickover, it feels ok when running high and ticks over at around 800 but it is not smooth, I have replaced plugs and cleaned all parts but not changed micro filters in high pressure pump (had it stripped but could not find any) must be more MICRO than I thought.
Any help would be good as I am sick of this PAJ and getting close to running it in lake

If its lumpy on idle but runs ok - its prob needs the thrittle body cleaning.
