When I took my Shoggy in for the Pitman arm change Mitsu stated that my vehicle was the subject of a Front brake hose recall.

Apparently the hoses on my model could "fail" - why, they didnt say.

Fortunetely all was well and no replacements were required. Dont know if Pajeros of the same year (1997) are affected but could be worth enquiring.
