did any evo owner have a speed delimiter fitted in their evo?? if so, is the speed really can go over 112mph? and what is the max speed after fittted the delimiter?? can anybody help!

Shall we just say a lot more than 112 a decent 2.8 lwb can hit 120mph and there is no such thing as a de-limiter you convert the hole lot to mph with a chip and this raises the speed limiter to about 180 mph dont think you will quite hit that one

Mine is converted but still limited i presume the chip is an extra part or is it just that whoever changed it hadn't a clue?

i think most high powered japs are restricted,(think the limit is 112 in japan) a decent chip should sort your ecu out,mine will go off the clock(120) but at that speed you feel more like a passenger.ask trev,think he has had his done Wink

My evo had the kph changed to mph on import and ive seen 130mph on the clock (And still pulling hard!)
