I've had to do it in the past ... looks like I might be doing it again! Sad

how about a pop up sort of thing(technical speak creeping in) when logging in,to remind everyone about the clubs situation and maybe a target figure?the way it's set out now just doesn't stand out.

just to add to my last post, this is the first time iv'e noticed this post, and only because of the yellow icon standing out on a page without any new posts, members need to be more aware of the real threat of loosing pocuk altogether, that's why i suggested something to grab everyone's attention every time they log on,and a target figure just to hammer home how much money is needed to keep the club running,to be honest,we can't expect simon to fund most of the cost out of his own pocket, especially after hearing his own financial position  with a family to keep has well.

Simon.

I know that I am a new on here but I would like to look into becoming a  LTM. I have been surfing the site to basically get used to where things are. I have come across the link a few times regarding LTM membership but I seem to be confused as the link looks expired?

I could be wrong and not looking properly. Laughing Anyway is there a way to find out more, cost etc? I have needed a 4x4 for a while now and have done months of home work. The Pajero SWB is the only one to tick all of MY boxes so supporting such a site as yours would be advantageous in the long run. I was brought up to believe that you never get anything for nothing. I would love to help in some way.

As regards to event sponsorship, I would be interested in hearing more. My work takes me to the most inhospitable places in the UK hence the need for a Pajero. It could be something as a company we might look in to. I would have liked to PM'ed the above to you, but I didn't want to make 10 pointless posts to qualify.

You have a great community here Simon, and I have poked my nose in a few in my quest for a 4x4.

Pete.

Cheers Pete ...

thanks for the feedback!

Two more (not pointless!) posts and you can PM thumbright

LTM ... just click on the Club Shop link at the top of the page ... when you get there, click on the 'Mitsubishi Pajero' link on the left of the page Wink

OK ...

now there's a way you CAN help - It'll only take a few minutes, it won't cost you a penny and might even save you some money ...

Next time your insurance is due, and you fancy using an insurance comparison website, please try mine - click below ...

All you have to do is put in an online quote request ... could be motor, home and contents, travel, life, caravan, etc etc - there's loads to choose from!

You don't HAVE to make a purchase at the end of it - simply by going through the quote process, the Club will get some money ... WIN WIN!

Hopefully, if enough people use this service, the club will remain free to join and keep running and running!

But as expected quotes are from £4323 to £6828 then it jumps to £10049 Shocked

How does the club make money from it? ....... is it like a commission thing?

Shocked

Still - thanks Paul - you've done all you need to - you ONLY need to get a quote - you don't need to buy at the end thumbright

Exactly! Cool

The thing is, I know times are hard, so I'm sure that people would rather help this way?  It only takes a few minutes and it costs NOTHING to generate the quote comparisons Cool
