Anybody got a towbar fitted to an evo?.the pajero bar will fit but requires some bumper cuts,which i dont want to do,and wondered if there was an EVO towbar available? Question

Dave,
There is NO need to cut the bumper. I had a custom towbar made up for the evo and it was cheaper than the standard fit version.
A 1 1/2" steel bar is bolted to the chassis, using existing holes, just behing the bumper and the a series of steel plates are used to build up to the 'towing eye point'. Any towbar centre worth there salt will do this for you. Mine was done by the Poole Towbar Centre.
