Cheers Dave... it's a Yank....
1996 4.0ltr Cherokee Limited with all the toys, it's a faclifted one so galvenised as well, on LPG.. was very cheap... and you know how I like cheap...
Just picked up these for it... they don't look much, thats a Chrysler 8.25 rear (stronger than the stock Dana) and a Dana 30 front...they have 4.1 gears for larger tyres, new seals and bearings and most important Aussie lockers in both so will be superb offroad....
Suspension lift, these axles, 33" tyres and away you go.....
I need something bigger than the SWB so that was the main reason for changing.... the Paj will make someone a great off road toy... I know it's worth more in bits but it's far to good to break it up |

Well I've just returned from delivering this Pajero to it's new owner Graham, he lives on The Shetland Islands, some 723miles from here, so the Paj started life in this country in Cornwall and has now travelled the length of the country to go about as far north as you can....
Good luck to Graham with her I'm sure he will love it... |

Glad it's gone to another home hopefully it will be looked after.
Did you not want to keep it aswell as the 4x4 or was it time for a total change? |

Pajero to 4x4 or the other way round seems to be a popular move!!!
I ended up buying another Cherokee as it was sooooo cheap and is the best going...
It's a 2000 Cherokee Orvis (top of the range.... you get extra plastic wood!!!!!) 4.0ltr with a Prins sequential injection LPG kit, underslung tank, so full boot space, it's got uprated/raised rear springs and 16inch wheels all for well less than I got for the Pajero, the first one has an immobiliser fault and will take some fixing but it will get fixed and my brother then wants it....
Here she is in The Shetlands, minus those silly running boards
And here is a great pic from there... really is a lovely place
