Ok guys is it the £31 or £43 you find expensive Confused

Both - we are a family of 8 - 6 kids, 3 disabled/ just started work, for what this costs per night, it keeps our caravan sited for a month.
Am going to say - count us out, its too dear for us Sad

Hi
I had a brief look at the camp sites web pages (I'll be looking to rent a static, I think) and it seems you can pay for rental of a static using Tesco's Clubcard vouchers....It's a complicated business, you have to send your vouchers back to clubcard to change them in to deal vouchers and you have to pay the full rental (no online discounts, or early booking discounts).  But could be well worth the bother.

See Click Here

NB These scheme can only be used to pay for Static Caravan, Lodge or Chalet rental NOT For Tent or Tourer Fees.

HTH

PS Looks like a good site...Nice one Jase   thumbup

Jase the price may seem on the high side, however its only £5 ish more than last year.

Ive shopped around a few times this year for caravan parks (last minute) long weekends & mid week breaks ect. £25-£27 a night isnt an unusual price for a run of the mill campsite with hook up. Nothing else included with that either Rolling Eyes not even a play area for kids.

So to pay £31 a night for the type of stuff on offer seems fair to me. The majority of people will be stopping for 3-4 nights if the last few years are anything to go by.

Not an easy job you've had on your hands, well done & i for one thank you for the hard work you & Maz will have put into it.

I appreciate that this year is hard for folks but to be honest when isnt it hard for us normal working folk.

i know you have been doing a lot of work on this but the price does seem high compared to filey last year, just had a look at last years posts(megameet 2008) and we were only paying around £30 for the week! just looked on there site now and they are quoting from £3 per night if booked now for 2010, and that included entertainment passes etc.

Abergele area is really nice

We'd love to come but we'll have to wait until nearer the time and see how it goes

this wasnt on a bank holiday weekend and therefore not in "high" season times . bank holidays always prove  to be dearer but give everyone that chance of a long weekend without using to many holidays

just looked at filey for the same weekend 4 nights =135.66 which is nearly £34 a night for a family of 4 in a tourer.  Rolling Eyes  Rolling Eyes

presthaven sands in wales was about £190 for the same .
