After a spot of tinkering with various bits with the bonnet up I spotted the item in the pictures dangling down so took hold of it and found it wasn't connected to anything it was just draped over the engine bits etc, anybody tell me what it's for? There are no problems with the vehicle it starts and runs well, I say no problems just one I need to take it to diesel-a-holics, damn it's thirsty I reckon I'm only getting about 15-18mpg. Shocked

It looks like an HT lead.

If yours is a diesel then it's got no rightful place under your bonnet!

Thought thats what it was, but couldn't understand why it was there cause it's a diesel it looks like the sort you get coming from the coil, there is a worn patch on the lead so it might have been left in the engine bay after replacement, had one of those what the freck moments.

Can't explain this, there was many cause that the HT lead to be under the hood of the Paj,maybe the mechanic who service the Paj last time use the HT lead to pull out something or mistaken thing and put it there and forgotten to take it back, you should not too worry about it Wink
