Fitted the new suspension kit at the weekend (AT LAST!!)

Went for a 'Low-Rider' kit in the end!! Everyone seems to go higher with their Delica's (they do look cool like that) but I had to go the other way - just to be different! Very Happy

Handling is MASSIVELY improved, but speed bumps are a little awkward!

Just got to see what it will be like in the mud now! Maybe the steps will have to come off? Crying or Very sad

Regards,

Bruce.

P.S. Just realised - this should have been posted in the 'Delica Mods' section! Sorry MarcSparks??? Embarassed

That looks cool, low is good... but I live in speed bump central, part of the reason I bought an urban assault vehicle.

But good on you Bruce for doing something different - even if it's not my personal taste (and what do us Paj drivers know anyway)?

....there is of the course the option of raising it on the hydraulics!!

This gets me round the issue of hitting speedbumps and kerbs, but it handles REALLY badly!!

It's great fun to watch it go up & down (although I've no intention of doing the sort of jumps the Yardie's do with their motors!!!) but I'm sure it's uses will come into their own - low down for round town or stability on the motorway, raised up if I want to p*ss of Range Rovers, go in the mud, or skim over a few speed bumps! Choices choices!!!????? Very Happy

Regards,

Bruce.

long time listener, first time caller here.. i bought a delica last week and have been planning to post with something a little more informative. however it looks like my first post is just simply going to say: those lo-rider hydraulics look awesome mate. was that an expensive mod?
