As I said before - although I know it was aimed at Roger Dard - he always asked me to play Wheels of Steel by Saxon!!
Dave
BTW I have a 100 watt PA and speakers which will work from 12v. If I get my Paj on the road in time I'll rig them up. If not I'll bring them with me and rig the system in someone elses motor |

What about putting tunes onto 1 generic MP3 player and playing it whilst connected to an FM Transmitter.
all convoy could tune into the same frequency and blast out one big line of music - as if everyone is listening to the same radio station.
I've got one and used it before... not sure of the range though? |

You could do that but they would still have to be in synch. Yes, you can set the frequency. I used one before to transmit eye pod in car and was ok - just dont know if they would be strong enough for a convoy to tune into.
Saying that I saw an actual FM Transmitter on Eblag last night which when connected to an antenna (CB?) would broadcast on whatever frequency you wanted... would be naughty without a licence but wouldnt be for long...
Can you imagine all the local residents near Nicks place having Radio 1 drowned out and replaced by Nick tunes as everyone passed
Way to go...
Just a thought. |
