At last I can pass on the details for this years much awaited Party in the Peaks( thanks Stoney and Wild-gal)
As always it will be held over the half term weekend in October.Friday 22 onwards
this year we are having a change of venue that has been recommended by a few members.
here it is
http://www.birchwoodfcp.co.uk/index.php/a-tour-of-the-park
The price that has been agreed is £16 per unit per night, this is regardless of how many family members are in your party, if you have a tent/caravan and awning or want EHU or not
This price includes a small fee for the price we need to pay to erect the gazeebo
To secure your pitch please send a £10 non refundable deposit to myself( please PM me for paypal/cheque)
Please do not try and book through the site as they have requested that ALL matters be dealt with by myself
Any ideas are very welcome for any activities that can be held over the weekend
Saturday starts off with brekkie then we do some of the peaks famous green lanes followed by a convoy into Matlock to see the Illuminations and a fish and chip super
Then back to the marquee for a quiz and social night
We only have 20 pitches so secure your pitch ASAP

There are some good walks just outside the site, |
that will suit the mornings when everyone is hungover then and in no state to drive!! |
