Just got my hands on this PTO driven H14 Superwinch for the small sum of £40! Gonna convert it to hydraulic. Bumper off this weekend and see if we can squeeze it in! More pics to follow.

| Change of plan! LOL Made up some coupling shafts and a reduction box to fit on rear with hydraulic motor. Got a variabe displacement pump to drive it, got to mount this on engine somewhere! Winch mount to be made next week. |

| Relocation of auto box cooler, removal of AC rad, fromt bumper moved 2" forward. Two new recovery points to be fitted tomorrow with the fairlead rollers. (had to remove both tow point and tie down point to fit mount) |

Bit more done today, front plate made up and machined, recovery points fitted, bit of paint and some chequer plate!

| Update, managed to get hold of a 12v hydraulic pump tail lift type, so gonna try squeeze it in under the bonnet somewhere! Tried it couple direct to winch and works a treat! Pics to follow soon |
