Need help on replacing my car speakers.

I have read through various threads about sizing but no one has gone into great detail about removing the door panel to gain access to the door speakers.

Can anyone offer a step by step guide on how to do this as one speaker is on its way out and cuts out the others when it shorts to the bass line of the song.

Also can anyone offer advice on how you access the 3 dials on top of the centre dash. For some unknown reason the compass/outside temp has started to fog up not with condesation but just getting more hazy as time goes on.

For information purposes its a 2.8 TD Super Exceed (All Silver c/w Chrome pack) M Reg
