Our 91 Delica is VERY smoky on start-up.

We had problems last year with the emissions test for MOT, but after about 5 attempts, lots of revving and a tin of "additive" we got our MOT. I worry because the place that MOT'd was the place i got the Delica from the year previous, but now that i am based in Worcs i will have to find a new MOT centre.

Is there anything that can be done to reduce the amount of smoke on start-up and improve the emissions?

Also, are there any Delica Specialists in or around Worcs?

Cheers
