180pka = 26-28 psi or 1.8 bar.  This is really high but the turbos are designed for this pressure. I believe most turbos on shoguns run at 15-18psi.

The boost gauge hooks into the vacuum line which runs to the solenoid which is attached to the rear of the intercooler. If you are going down the root of hooking a gauge into your car (which i recommend) let me know and i will take some pics for you.

Hi all , New guy here .

My name is Garry , i have a 06 plate Shogun Sport Warrior with 40k on it.
Whilst rummaging through  the forum i stumbled across this post . Whilst i am happy with the truck i would like to fit a boost gauge in a pillar pod . If it's not too much trouble , would it be possible to to show me where to plumb it in and how you mounted said gauge and what make of gauge and mounting options you used . There seems to be hundreds to choose from .

I would like to install the boost gauge before i start setting up the turbo.

Many Thanks

Garry

Hi everyone im a newbee. I have a 06 sport 2.5 with a juddering at low speed and around 2000rpm. I can accelerate out of it. I have cleaned egr valve and adjusted the top screw on the turbo but this has made no difference. Could it be the bottom screw that needs adjustment?

Thanks in advance
