This is the response i got
I can confirm I have now received a response from the factory who have confirmed that there are 2 outstanding campaigns for your vehicle, one for the Pitman Arm and the other for the Fuel Pump Cold Start Lever. Please contact you Mitsubishi dealership who will be able to complete these works for you.
I have only seen people mention pitman arm recal which is what made me ask. I was suprised when they said there are 2 jobs outstanding. |

Cheers matey, at least they seem to be doing something about it.
Mines a 2.5 TDI 1992 so don't know if to check or not
might call them tomorrow to find out, no harm I guess... had the pit arm one done already. |

I second that Kev
they told me that they put my steering right after pitman arm job, as it should be but my truck may have had some issues in the past or some1 fiddled with it so they are not at fault (the steering was way out and so was the tracking ) I was £75 lighter when they fixed it, took them 3 attempts and I was losing my patience I did take the truck elsewhere to fix it, but they couldn't guarantee the job so bloody confusing it was.
will I ever use their services again? HELL NOT!
Mind you the guys at the parts department, they are both gentlemen |
