If any of you have an original Jap owners handbook ... I'll get the wheels in motion for a translated English language version ... PM me!

I have just bought a red and silver Pajero Jnr auto.  I had always fancied a small 4x4 but was put off by prospects of chugging diesels or thirsty petrol engines.  So when my friendly garage had a Jnr and said it was petrol my face fell until I asked what size, 1100cc, and I perked up.  Road tested it fell in love with it bought it.  Smashing little vehicle.  Drove it down to S. Wales last weekend pulled through to 70mph smartly but was happier cruising 60-65 and returned mpg of 32-36.  Not that much worse than a metro.

not if you had a Metro 1.5 diesel like i did (60+mpg!), now i've got a pajero mini turbo and i'm getting half the mpg! Confused

One down here in Chichester.  A Flying Pug.

And IIRC we have both the Japanese handbook and a translation.  I'll dig them out.

I just picked up my 1999 Pajero mini turbo. Drove it back up from Bristol to London, it goes fine for such a tiny engine (650cc).

Cruised at 70mph fine, had it up to 80 for a bit.

Mine is a 5 speed manual.

Nice little car so far.

Any possibility of sharing that handbook/translation, if it's for the Pajero Mini? Thanks!
