I have been driving a 2.8 litre Delica and having blown the engine it is time to downsize.

I would like to find a nice black and silver example, but I'll settle for a nice one of any colour.

Plan on spending £2000 to £3000. I have a small town car, but I get engagements out of town and sometimes need to get myself out of muddy fields. Off road is important, motorways a necessity, I like to drive at the legal limit.

So; manual or auto? anything else to look for?

Might buy as early as next week.

fondest

Fay

I went for an automatic as I drove both and prefered the relaxed driving of the auto. There are a few about but go for one with a good history like mine.
5dr has a much better ride that the 3dr and actuall has a tidy size boot.
Standard kit is good being a Mitsubishi so no need to look for models with all the toys.
Could be tempted to let mine go for the right money Wink

I am really useless at face book. One of my New Year Resolutions is to get better.

looked at a friends Pinnin this evening, lovely leather seats, but it didn't seem to have a high low ratio selector.

Do I carry on looking for a junior or should i look for a Pinnin now?

Got one!

What a sweet little car.
Could do with an overdrive but nothing is perfect.

Photo will follow, black over silver auto 90000K on the clock.

Some might say that (can't find pound sign) 3800 is a lot for a 15 year old car, but I have never seen a car of this age this clean. It can only have been driven indoors!

I don't think it has ever been in 4 wheel drive, it is a stiff as all tomorrow, I am sure if I get it on some grass and wiggle things about it will free up. There are a couple of little irritations, the outside temp guage shows E zero, the altimeter doesn't work, loose wire, or does anyone know where the sensor is?  The light behind the D in the selected gear indicator doesn.t work, but tha
?
I have a million questions but I'll settle for two now.

That little mirror on the front nearside wing. What is it supposed to point at?

Does anyone have views on a sunroof, I fancy one of those Webasto concertinaring  ones. Does anyone have any thoughts.

Fondest,

Fay
