Thinking of doing a 2 inch lift on my 03 l200 warrior, but not sure what is best.. body or suspension.. Any help would be great. |

SPOA would work for the rear but you wouldnt match it in the front
get new leafs, shackles and crank the torsion bars
dont lift it purely with shackles |

ok... This is my thinking.. would a body lift give me more room for bigger tyres, Ive got 18s on at the mo but want more aggresive tread and bigger profile. |

If the brakes aren't too big, drop the wheel size to the normal 15" or 16" that most All Terrain and Mud Terrain tyres are available in. Then you'll have more choice.
Generally for good off-road performance, tyres need to have a big sidewall to allow for the tyre to deform over rocks and ruts. So you have a lot of rubber on a relatively small wheel.
For bling good looks, you do the opposite - big shiny alloys with the minimum of rubber round the outside. Great on tarmac, but rubbish on rocks and mud |
