Rubbed it down, and found some gaps the metalwork Rolling Eyes . Just finished borading the inside with 6mm ply, not the best job in the world but not bad for first attempt at this sort of thing. Built the lid frame from 3x2 and now just waiting for the chequer plate top to arrive Cool . Will post updated pictures soon.
