Fitted the Y60 Coils, the job took 3.5 hours, the Y60 Coils are huge compared to the standard Pajero springs obviously slightly longer but much thicker in diameter. Decided to help get these springs in position both lower shokas needed to be disconnected and also both ARB vertical links which then allowed the axle to drop further,  using two spring compressors eventually managed to get the springs compressed enough to get them in.  Once done the torsion bars were tweaked and all finished.

The end result is the truck has been transformed, much better feel much less rolling about and no bottoming out over bumps.  Very Happy   Will post some pictures soon.

This sounds like a good idea as my Paj bottoms out easily over dumps and does roll excessively.

Would be ridiclous on swb....

probably why most use lwb springs on there swb...

even the y60's on a lwb will only look right with 33's on.

It will be more than 4" tbh a bit too much as unless u do a bj flip on front then shim as camber angle will be way out too. Also longer brake pipes as well as a minimum of +2" shocks.Without bj flip your drive shafts will be too angled as well as no room under top wish bone.Mine is at limit as even though it's said y60 coils give a 3" lift on a lwb they don't  Laughing It's 3.5" or 90mm to be exact.Mine is about 2" lower at front, get away with it as about 1" more than standard as well as being longer wheel base do hides it better.

Down side with any suspension lift(on a Paj) is you are limited at front being independent  Rolling Eyes More front raised the less down travel u get Twisted Evil By flipping bjs u then have a more back to normal travel ,which does not limiting you as much. But again ca,ber issues as well as potential weaknesses.....

Aye I wouldn't consider this on mine at all, 4" is a long way up! (would still like to see if anyones done it though, be interesting to see what bit broke first!)

Not so sure if I want / need to lift mine at all, might do a body lift but tbh it goes where I want it to.
