Dear Friends

Does anybody with a Pajero 2.8TD LWB live in or very near to Dudley who could bring their Pajero to a friend of mines garage so that we can compare my Pajeros wires with yours. I had my fuel pump reconditioned, however, when we we've fit it back we've messed up some wires etc. Now teh starting problem that I had is fine but I've lost my overdrive and there are few spare wires

May be I could treat you to a balti afterwards!!!

Ali

What, and use the manual to prop up the torch to shine on the pump wiring?

Haynes manuals dont have that sort of information in them!!!

I would agree with Allan there are no wire diagrams etc in the manual. Not to that detail. Anyway I already have the manual and the owners manual for your information!, However, they are not useful if you want to look for detail. Also have a copy of the CD but that hasn't got all the modules on it

Laughing I usually use the Haynes for wiring diagrams but I find it odd they do not to go to that much detail, are there any markings on the pump as to what kind of terminal they are? i.e letters or symbols?

Just thought of a good idea, are there any Mitsi dealers (not main but car sales kind) near you? You could ask the if they would be so kind as to let you have a butchers at the pump in situ. Or are there any 4x4 scrappers nearby, they would let you see one wired up....just a thought
