I've been using the KTC veg oil from Bookers (it has the E900 in it) since September last year and did 2700 miles before my fuel filter was changed last month. The only reason the filter was changed was because I fitted new stack pipes and fuel lines and changed it while I was working in that area of the engine bay.

I been town this afternoon and bought some from farmfoods.
Should be ok -I hope .
They had 4 10liter Bottles left in offer.
I was reading ithe label and this manager ( I believe ) came along ask if I take all 4 if he makes a offer.

I was looking at him " you are serious ? He said take all of them for 30£, I get a new pallet tomorrow and want them out the way.
Well I did.

Makes 0,75£ per liter, plus diesel same amount for 56,96£
All together I paid for 80 liter full, 83,96£
This means a lot driving over the weekend! Ha ha

Check out your local papers and the Farmfoods website - they always have 'spend £50 and get £5 off' vouchers. I tend to buy 100 litres at a time (which is awkward as you can only realistically get 7 bottles in one of their trollies), so it costs me £89p a litre with the vouchers. The new stock is identical to the old except that the bottles are more hexagonal than square and slightly taller. I guess it means they can pack more on a pallet.

I've been running 50/50 with Farmfoods SVO for quite some time. I do find it funny when we go to fry an egg or something and think 'ooh, getting a bit low on veg oil, better remember to get another bottle' - when there's 100 litres of perfectly good rapeseed oil in the garage, but oh no, that's reserved for the Pajero Smile
