|
|
Our Shogun 3.2 DID is going in tmrw for window tinting, we have found a local company in Bromley that are charging us £220 inc VAT and it comes with a lifetime guarantee, we are getting 5% at the back and legal limit at the front, we have been told it will give us a 45% reduction in heat, great for the dogs in the summer.
What sort of price is average. We got a few prices and this wasnt the cheapest but it wasnt the most expensive either, we went tot the place and looked at the tints either side so we knew what it would look like from inside and out. |

£40 for the rear limo tint and taught myself to do it (daughter turned out to be better than me at it) even after i had treated her it was still a saving of £200 over what i had been quoted local |

220 is ok for good pro job.
Some places quote around the 250 mark,
I would charge 150.
I'd be wanting to see the box the tint came out for the front windows, if you want to stay legal. |

We have been told its pretty easy, my friend bought pre cut film but to be honest its time we have an issue with finding, to drop the car off and pick it up after work was what we needed. Good to know someone has done it successfully. |

it's definitely not easy and i think if i did another i would just get the daughter to do it all
i got better as i went on but i think it's a case of practise making perfect. |

Having the tints on the Shogun stops those preying eyes looking in the boot... also helps eliminate some of the headlight glare of all those cars with wonky lights.. there seems to be a few of... |

If my Shogun never came tinted, I was always going to get it done.. They look so much better with the rear tinted out...
