On UK Pinins the upper lights are just wired for brake and reverse lights, the indicators and sidelights are in the bumper...
I wanted to wire up the sidelights and maybe indicators in the upper lamps for better visibility, looking at the wiring in the plugs on mine (2004) there is only one contact inside the brake/sidelight plug, and just the wiring for the brakelight....
thought about modifying them, but far too much work?!
By chance I came across a suitable source(s) for the bulb holders, whilst looking around a scrapyard for something else Very Happy
the correct plug with both terminals in can be found on a Suzuki wagen r, and also I found the right ones on a light cluster i found inside a ford focus (it was already removed from the vehicle, so may be a red herring  Rolling Eyes  but it looked like the ford light unit?)

The correct wiring is behind the upper rear Pinin light unit and heads down towards the bumper and just needs patching into  thumbup and wiring to the new plugs  Cool
I have to figure out how to remove the blanking caps on the indicator sockets has they appear to be glued on and wont prize off, but im sure i'll manage it  Wink
Hopefully this will help someone out, total cost £5 for parts from the scrappy (complete with bulbs Laughing )and an hour or so testing/wiring up.... job done
