Anyone know how I can get the remnants of the double sided tape on wheel flares off the body ..scraping is just not doing it ...

White Spirit on a cloth - leave it to soak into the adhesive for a while.

I realise this thread is long dead but furniture polish sprayed on, left for 5 minutes and then cleaned off works getting rid of tape residue too. Just for another option!

I just purchased one of these and they are v/good. There is a You Tube video showing how to use them but basically you put it into your drill and switch on at a low low speed and its like using an eraser to remove pencil marks/writing. Going across the grain so to speak worked best for me. Removed the tape in no time, forget white spirit etc.
