Front passenger tire is getting chewed on outside edge very fast, had 4 wheel alignment done, checked every bush bearing there all looks good, had mot last week, told tester about problem and he spent a long time there looking but couldn't find anything wrong. is there a part which is on its way out but is hard to spot? Any ideas |

Cannot understand how it is wearing if the wheel alignment was checked. Was it just the wheel alignment done on the ground? Or did it have cameras on the wheels to check ALL the settings?
If the later then something should have been picked up. I would go back. |

Not sure, it's my uncles car and he took it, it was definitely a 4 wheel alignment, I have told him to go somewhere else in case their equipment is faulty or the guy doing it. |

Caster, camber toe out on turns all checked by cameras etc. Not settings you can check yourself.
Also if something was bent / damaged i would have thought the MOT guy should have seen it. |

Most likely a worn ball joint, i would image its not been lifted correctly when checking for play, would recommend you have it lifted both ways, ie under bottom arms and under chassis to check front steering and suspension joints |
