Service intervals and Northern / Scottish recommendation (?)

I`m importing an Evo in December.  It has +/- 80k km.  Can anyone advise the service intervals and when the T.Belt is due to be changed?

Also, any recommendations for a Scottish garage or Northern England?

Station Garage  in Aberdeen have done some work on our one and have been able to get some spares.
Don't know any independent garage
I would do the belt anyway rather than wait as mileage can be unreliable.
make sure bottom pulley is sound as this can be a failure if not secured properly
