Mark 3, total rubbish, Haynes manuals are good for hitting kids with when they are just out of range.

The hooking back the tensioner all became clear once I had removed it.

The chain guide was marked where the chain had run against it but no signs of cracks at all.
I would post a picture but not sure how.
