Hey chaps, I'm hoping somebody can help me out here!

I've just bought a 2002 3.5 V6 GDI. Its is going in for a service tomorrow and I am supplying the parts needed as I work in a parts store. Problem is none of my suppliers can agree on which grade oil I should be using. Mobil, Comma, Carlube, Liqui Moly and others all give different answers. Some say 10w40 semi synthetic, others say 10w30 or 5w30 fully so what should I be using? The car has 89,000 miles on it currently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really don't want to use the wrong one.

Best regards,

Shane

Oils used are by regional temperatures and engine types such as petrol or diesel.

Yours needs fully synthetic 5/30 for UK climates.
